APRIL 19TH FREEDOM SHOOT

The Ayer Gun and Sportsmen’s Club Participated in the April 19th Freedom Shoot on our outdoor Range.  The purpose was for Clubs all over the State to join in firing a single shot @ 10AM, to remember our liberties that have been taken away by our Government. And then firing a volley of two shots to “let them know” that the fight for our Rights isn’t over!!!!

We had a good crowd, approximately 14 people attended, and there were more rifles than shooters!!!!  We had an informal offhand rifle competition, 10 shots @ 50 yds, the winner was Mr. Michael Pattenden, a British transplant to the US! He won back the Honor for the Brits you might say…………

We would like to thank the Range Department for supplying rifles and ammo for our guests to use. Thanks Guys!!!
